This got me thinking. . . I wanted to write a post about how I recommend entering into the world of essential oils.

Did you read the post where I shared how I chose Young Living (here)?  The gist was that YL truly impressed me by their product quality, the fact that they own their own farms + their seed to seal process. They also hold their plants and oils to a very high standard and test their oils both within the company and through a third party to make sure everything is 100% therapeutic grade and safe for use.

If you are joining my team, two things that I recommend:

• No renewal fee – simply purchase a minimum of $50 of product per year and your account stays active

• Although Young Living refers to their wholesale customers as “Distributors” this does NOT mean that you are signing up to sell oils & there is absolutely no pressure to do so – ever.
• You receive a member number to share with friends; if they order using your member number, you’ll receive compensation (but, again, enrolling as a “Distributor” does NOT mean that you have to share oils with anyone)

OPTION TWO | Retail Customer (click here)

• No starter kit required.
• Order products whenever you would like (but pay 24% more than a wholesale customer).

It’s so nice that both options are available because it makes it all about the products without any pressure whatsoever to share your oil journey. However, I doubt you would regret enrolling as a wholesale customer because of the 24% savings. The Starter Kit investment is very quickly recovered with the savings off of retail pricing.

CONSIDER ESSENTIAL REWARDS

By purchasing a Rewards Kit you are signing up for a Essential Rewards (YL’s monthly ordering program) which gives you the ability to earn points for free products, enjoy reduced shipping costs + plan out your oily budget. Plus if you are a part of Essential Rewards you are able to receive commissions off of sharing about the oils. WHY ESSENTIAL OILS?

They are an AMAZING alternative to the nasty, chemical-ridden products you are probably using (maybe unknowingly) in your routine. We use them for our household (cleaning, laundry, diffuser instead of candles), health routine (oral care, sleep aid, stress relief, emotional balance) + my beauty routine (blemishes, skin care, hair care).

Essential oils are defined as the vital and aromatic fluids of a plant, shrub, root, herb, flower, seed or tree. Think of these oils as a plants’ “immune systems” – it is essential to the life and health of the plant. Oils are extracted through careful steam distillation that ensures all the important therapeutic and health-giving constituents of the oil remain intact.
