There will be a chat box available throughout for any of your questions and comments.

To start off the summit with intention and consciousness, we will start with cleansing breathwork to drop us into the space and tune into our own bodies. If you aren't familiar with breathwork, think of it as an active form of meditation to ground us in the present moment.
After the event, we will be sending you a summary of what we covered during the summit along with some of the resources (books, podcasts, offerings) that have inspired, shaped and supported us in our evolution. We're so excited to share this with you!
